PRO Modules at a Glance.
Each module adds specific features to the withdrawal button, giving you more control, less manual work and better documentation in the WooCommerce backend.
Withdrawal Rules for Products, Categories and Tags in WooCommerce
With the PRO withdrawal rules, you control directly in WooCommerce which items can be withdrawn using the withdrawal button. This is particularly useful when certain products, product groups or tags require their own notice or a reason for exclusion.
Customers see only the relevant information in the withdrawal form. This keeps the process easy to understand while giving you more control over different product types in the backend.

Targeted Product Rules
Configure products, categories and tags individually

Relevant Form Notices
Display notices and reasons for exclusion directly in the withdrawal form

Structured Withdrawal Process
Control the process to suit each product type
Record Optional Reasons for Withdrawal in a Structured Way
Optional reasons for withdrawal give you better insight into why customers withdraw items. The PRO version allows you to create your own reason groups and assign them to products, categories or tags.
This creates a withdrawal form that is tailored to your range instead of a rigid standard form, while providing valuable information for customer service, product quality and returns management.

Reason Groups by Product Range
Create your own reason groups for different product ranges

Optional Reasons per Item
Record optional reasons for individual items

Consistent Documentation
Include information in the backend, emails, PDFs and exports
Centrally Manage Email Templates, PDF Records and Withdrawal Communications
A professional withdrawal process does not end when the form is submitted. With PRO, you centrally manage email templates, text modules, your logo, colours and placeholders for your withdrawal communications.
PDF confirmations and records can also be generated. This helps you document withdrawals clearly and keep customers transparently informed about the current status.

Central Email Templates
Manage customer and admin emails consistently in one place

Custom Email Design
Flexibly customise colours, logo, footer and placeholders

PDF Confirmations and Records
Generate traceable documents for every withdrawal
Start a Withdrawal Directly from “My Account” for WooCommerce Customers.
The My Account integration makes the withdrawal process much easier for customers. Orders eligible for withdrawal appear in the WooCommerce customer account and can be started directly from there.
Customers do not need to enter their order number and email address again. This reduces friction, prevents input errors and creates a cleaner entry point into the withdrawal workflow.

Orders in the Customer Account
Display orders eligible for withdrawal directly in the customer account

Direct Access
Customers can immediately start the appropriate withdrawal process

No Need to Search Again
Open the order without entering the details again
Export, Analytics and GDPR Processes for the Withdrawal Workflow
For internal analysis and better traceability, you can export withdrawal data in a structured format. The PRO version supports CSV exports and analysis by period, status and other process information.
Additional GDPR features help you prepare retention and anonymisation processes. This keeps the withdrawal process not only practical but also easier to manage over the long term.

Flexible CSV Analysis
Filter withdrawal data precisely and export it for internal analysis

Status-Based Retention
Define retention periods and check them in advance using a simulation

Traceable Execution
WP-Cron, manual execution and audit log
Flexibly Use Elementor Widgets and Secure Public Order Lookup
With the Elementor widgets, you can flexibly add the withdrawal button and withdrawal form to your pages. This allows you to position the entry point to the withdrawal process to match your design, without additional shortcode work.
Security Plus provides additional protection for the public order lookup through rate limiting, temporary blocks and a security log for suspicious lookup requests.

Custom Elementor Widgets
Place the withdrawal button and form without shortcodes

Protected Order Verification
Add extra protection to public order lookups

Security Plus
Combine rate limiting, blocks and a security log

Every B2C online shop in Germany is affected — regardless of size or industry. B2B-only shops with a clear business-customer check at checkout are generally exempt, but the legal assessment in each individual case remains the responsibility of the shop operator or their legal adviser.
Yes. Widerrufsmanager supports WooCommerce shops with the technical implementation of the electronic withdrawal function under Section 356a BGB (German Civil Code) and Directive (EU) 2023/2673. The plugin provides a structured online withdrawal function through which customers can select orders or products and submit their withdrawal electronically. It therefore provides an important technical foundation for the requirements applying to the so-called withdrawal button from 19 June 2026. Full legal compliance, however, also depends on how the function is implemented in the shop — particularly its placement, wording, withdrawal information, privacy policy and shop configuration.
The plugin therefore does not replace individual legal advice; it supports shop operators with the technical implementation.
Yes. The plugin specifically accesses only withdrawal data and does not conflict with other legal plugins such as Germanized or German Market. If any conflicts arise, our support team can help.
Exclusively in your own WordPress database. No third-party cloud, no external API and no transfer of data to our servers. All data stays with you.
In the PRO version, you can exclude individual products, categories or tags from withdrawal. Determining which products are legally excluded (e.g. custom-made goods under Section 312g(2) BGB) is your responsibility — the plugin provides the technology, not legal advice.
