Frequently asked questions
No. Our licences do not renew automatically. If you would like to continue using your licence, you must renew it manually. Around 30 days before expiry, we will notify you by email that your licence is due to expire, giving you sufficient time to renew it.
The plugin will generally remain installed on your website and may continue to work. However, once the licence has expired, you will no longer be entitled to PRO updates, new versions or premium support. You can restore access to these services by renewing your licence.
After logging in, you can find your licence keys in your customer account under “Licences”. You can also download the currently available versions of your purchased PRO plugins directly under “Downloads”.
Yes. You can remove an existing website association in your customer account or via the licence management area and then activate the licence on another website. The maximum permitted number of activations depends on your respective licence plan.
Yes. As long as your licence is active, you have access to the latest available PRO versions of the plugin you purchased. You can also find details of changes and new features in our changelogs.
Premium support is available for eligible plugins with an active licence. When you submit a support request through your customer account, the status of the selected licence is checked automatically and linked to your request.
Of course. If you have questions about features, licence plans, compatibility or any other topic before purchasing, you can use our contact form. You do not need a customer account or an existing licence to do so.
