Right of Withdrawal
This information on the right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Traders within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
As a rule, we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
Our software products and plugins are supplied as digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium.
For paid digital content, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period if
- you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
- you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins as a result of your consent,
- we have begun performance of the contract, and
- we have provided you with the legally required confirmation of the contract.
The required consent and acknowledgement are expressly obtained during the ordering process before the order is completed.
Once payment has been successfully completed, the purchased digital content or plugin and the associated licence key are made available automatically and immediately. They are provided in particular via your customer account and by email.
If you have expressly agreed to the early commencement of performance and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal expires when provision of the digital content begins, provided that the statutory requirements for this are met.
No consumer right of withdrawal for traders
The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.
If you place an order as a trader within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, as a legal entity under public law or as a special fund under public law, you do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
Statutory rights in the event of defects
The expiry of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defects or if the digital product is not supplied in conformity with the contract.
Further details can be found in our General Terms and Conditions and the applicable Licence and Terms of Use (EULA).
