No. Our licences do not renew automatically. If you want to continue using your licence, you need to renew it manually. Around 30 days before expiry, we will email you to let you know that your licence is about to end, giving you enough time to renew it.

The plugin generally remains installed on your website and may continue to work. However, once the licence has expired, you are no longer entitled to PRO updates, new versions and Premium Support. Renewing the licence restores access to these services.

After logging in, you can find your licence keys in your customer account under “Licences”. You can also download the currently available versions of your purchased PRO plugins directly under “Downloads”.

Yes. You can remove an existing website connection in your customer account or via licence management and then activate the licence on another website. The maximum number of permitted activations depends on your licence plan.

Yes. As long as your licence is active, you have access to the current PRO versions of the plugin you purchased. You can also read about changes and new features in our changelogs.

Premium Support is available for eligible plugins with an active licence. When you submit a support request through your customer account, the status of your selected licence is checked automatically and linked to your request.
