Even when an event is fully booked, places that become available do not remain unused unnecessarily. Additional interested participants can join the waiting list and automatically move up as soon as a place becomes available.
WM Form4Events PRO notifies the next person on the waiting list and reserves the place for a defined period. If the offer is not accepted in time, the place can then be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Yes. You can set a maximum number of available places for each date. Once capacity has been reached, the date is treated as fully booked.
After submitting the form, the participant receives an email with a personal confirmation link. The registration is only marked as confirmed once that link has been confirmed. You can customise the email content in the settings.
Yes. Participants can cancel their registration using a personal link. The status is then updated automatically in the participant management area.
With the PRO version, a place that becomes available can automatically be offered to someone on the waiting list.
