Statistics tab in the Withdrawal Reasons area

The Statistics tab analyses voluntarily selected reasons directly in the context of withdrawal reasons. This makes it easy to identify notable products, reasons and developments quickly.

Filters and metrics

• Time-range filters, for example 30, 90 or 365 days.
• Filters by status, withdrawal type and product/SKU.
• KPI cards for withdrawals, products with reasons, withdrawn quantity and reason coverage.
• Most common reason and most frequently withdrawn product.

Analyses

• Top withdrawal reasons by group, withdrawals, line items and quantity.
• Top products including SKU/product ID and most common reason.
• Reason-group analysis.
• Monthly trend.
• Product × reason matrix.

Interpretation

The statistics include only structured reasons or reason notes that were actually recorded. If the feature is disabled in the frontend, configurations remain intact, but no new reason data is generated.
