Purpose
The form is the central entry point for withdrawal requests. It replaces unstructured email requests with a controlled process including order verification, line-item selection and properly stored data.
What can the customer do?
- Enter the order number and billing email address; in PRO, depending on the settings, alternatively or additionally enter the order date, billing surname/company or billing postcode.
- For shops with sequential or custom order numbers, PRO can map the entered number to the corresponding WooCommerce order using its own order-number mapping.
- Have the order checked automatically.
- View line items eligible for withdrawal.
- Select individual products or multiple products.
- Withdraw partial quantities if more than one unit was ordered.
- Optionally enter an alternative notification email address for confirmations and status updates.
- Submit the withdrawal request bindingly.
| Inputs | Order number, billing email address, selected item quantities, optional message/withdrawal statement and confirmation of the process. In PRO, the order date, billing surname/company, billing postcode and an alternative notification email address can be added. Depending on the mapping source, the entered order number can be interpreted as a WooCommerce order ID, automatically detected order number or custom order number from meta keys. |
|---|---|
| Checks | Order exists, order number is mapped correctly, verification data matches the order, order status is permitted, the deadline is valid, remaining quantities eligible for withdrawal are available, and there is no blocking open or already approved withdrawal request. PRO can additionally use a signed verification token between lookup and final submission. |
| Output | New withdrawal record with status pending, history entry, optional customer and admin email. |
| Use | Dedicated withdrawal page, footer link, help/service area, legally relevant self-service page. |
