When does the status change?
New withdrawal requests start as open or under review. Only when the admin makes the final decision does the overall status change to approved, partially approved or rejected.
Partially approved
This status is important when not all requested line items or quantities receive the same decision. The detail view therefore remains authoritative for the exact decision on each line item.
