The settings control the entire basic process: form, target page, button, withdrawal period, email behaviour, texts and privacy. This makes them the central configuration page of the Lite version.

Integration & display

• Select the withdrawal page.
• Copy the form and button shortcodes.
• Configure the button label.
• Set the button background colour and button text colour.
• Customise the form title, introductory text and success message.

Withdrawal logic

• Set the withdrawal period in days.
• Define when the period starts: order, payment, completion or automatic selection based on completed/paid/order date.
• Optionally allow requests after the period has expired as goodwill or review requests.
• Define blocked WooCommerce order statuses, such as cancelled, refunded, failed or trashed.

Communication

• Set the admin email address.
• Configure the sender name or shop/support name.
• Enable or disable the customer acknowledgement email.
• Enable or disable the admin notification.
• Enable or disable the customer decision email.
• Configure the email footer and basic email texts.

Privacy & retention

• Add the privacy notice for the form.
• Add a link to the privacy policy page.
• Control optional storage of technical data such as IP address/user agent.
• Set the retention period in months.
• Choose the action after expiry: do nothing, anonymise or delete.
