This module determines which products are not eligible for withdrawal. Rules can be maintained directly on the product, on product categories or on product tags.
What can you do with it?
- Exclude an individual product from withdrawal.
- Exclude all products in a category.
- Exclude all products with a specific tag.
- Store a custom exclusion reason for each rule.
- Display inherited rules on the product.
- Show a withdrawal status indicator in product, category and tag lists.
What is it useful for?
Useful for products that should not be subject to the normal right of withdrawal for practical or legal reasons, such as custom-made goods, sealed goods, digital content or certain product groups. The specific legal assessment remains the responsibility of the shop operator or their legal adviser.
