Check PRO status

Make sure that Lite and PRO are active and that a valid licence is recognised.

Open module management

Many PRO features are deliberately built as optional modules. Therefore, an installed PRO add-on does not automatically mean that every module is active. Open the extensions page and activate the required feature.

Consider dependencies

Elementor widgets require Elementor. My Account features require the WooCommerce customer account. Statistics on withdrawal reasons can evaluate data only if reasons are enabled and actually recorded.

After updates

Clear the object/page cache if necessary and reload the admin area. Also check whether Lite was first updated to the required minimum version.
