The basic privacy features integrate withdrawal records with the WordPress privacy tools and allow personal data to be anonymised, deleted and exported.

Retention in the basic settings
In Lite, a retention period can be set in months, with “do nothing”, “anonymise” or “delete” selected as the action after expiry. PRO extends this with separate rules for each status group plus preview and auditing.
Technical data
Storage of additional technical information such as the IP address or user agent can be controlled depending on the settings. Configure only the data that is actually required for your process.
