The PDF module generates documentary records for withdrawals. It supports submission records and decision records and can optionally attach these case-specific PDFs to emails.
Distinction: PDF records are generated automatically from the relevant withdrawal case. Additional PDF attachments from the email template module, by contrast, are fixed files from the Media Library, for example checklists, returns information or general customer information.

The module is not a substitute for legal advice, but a technical record generator for internal filing and customer communication.
