Individual items instead of the entire order

The customer does not necessarily have to withdraw the entire order. After the order has been checked successfully, the line items that can still be withdrawn are displayed and can be selected individually.

Partial quantities

If an item was ordered multiple times, a smaller quantity than the purchased quantity can be selected. The plugin takes quantities already approved in earlier withdrawal requests into account and offers only the remaining withdrawable quantity.

Decision per line item

The admin can also work on a line-item basis in the backend. This allows full approval, partial approval or rejection of individual quantities without having to treat the entire request uniformly.

PRO extensions

PRO can use additional exclusion rules and voluntary withdrawal reasons for each line item. This data is then available in the admin view, email templates, PDF records and exports.
