Check the embedding method

First make sure that the form or button is embedded only once on the page. Check the shortcode, Gutenberg block, widget or PRO Elementor widget.

Theme and builder CSS

Display differences are often caused by global CSS rules from the theme or page builder. If necessary, test the page with a simple template and use your browser’s developer tools to check for overriding selectors.

Clear the cache

After changes to colours, texts or embeds, clear the page cache, optimisation plugins and, if applicable, the CDN cache.

Elementor

With PRO, the form can be embedded directly using the Elementor widget. Do not use the widget and shortcode for the same area at the same time. Also check whether Elementor CSS files need to be regenerated.
