Where is withdrawal data stored?

The withdrawal data is processed and stored within the shop’s own WordPress/WooCommerce environment. The actual withdrawal workflow does not require an external third-party cloud for case management.

Can WM Widerrufsmanager be used alongside Germanized?

Yes. A clear configuration is important so that customers are not offered several different withdrawal methods at the same time. The mandatory check and the Germanized notice help with this review.

Can I exclude individual products or product groups?

Yes, with PRO. Rules can be assigned directly to products, categories or tags. The specific legal assessment of an exclusion remains the responsibility of the shop operator.

Can customers withdraw directly from “My Account”?

With the PRO “My Account” module, orders eligible for withdrawal are shown in the WooCommerce customer account and the withdrawal can be started from there.

Are PDF records available?

PRO can generate case-related PDFs for submission and decision. In addition, the email template module can attach fixed PDF files from the Media Library to individual email types.

Does the plugin support WPML or Polylang?

Yes. Fixed texts are translated using WordPress language files. From Lite 1.0.17, saved shop texts are also made available for String Translation; PRO-specific template texts are added from PRO 1.0.4.

Does the plugin support custom order numbers?

Lite includes basic detection. PRO additionally provides automatic detection, fixed WooCommerce ID mode, targeted meta-key mapping, meta-key inspection and a mapping test.
