Check the plugin settings

Check whether the relevant email type is enabled and whether the admin email address, sender name and – in PRO – CC/BCC/Reply-To settings are configured correctly.

Test WordPress email delivery

WM Widerrufsmanager uses the WordPress email infrastructure. If other WordPress emails are also not delivered reliably, the cause is often related to hosting, SMTP configuration or deliverability.

Spam and mail server limits

Check spam folders and mail server logs. In PRO, large static PDF attachments or automatically generated evidence documents can increase the email size.

Use the PRO test email

If the email template module is active, use the test email with dummy data or an existing withdrawal request. This allows you to check the template, placeholders and attachments before sending live emails.
