Important placeholders
The templates work with defined placeholders so that order, customer and withdrawal data can be inserted safely into the subject, content, button or HTML mode.
| Placeholder | Meaning |
|---|---|
{shop_name} | Name of the shop. |
{customer_name} | Name of the customer. |
{customer_email} | Email address of the customer. |
{order_number} | Order number of the WooCommerce order. |
{request_id} | Internal withdrawal ID. |
{items_table} | HTML table of the affected line items. |
{admin_note} | Admin note or decision text. |
{admin_link} | Direct backend link to the withdrawal request. |
{original_message} | Original customer statement or withdrawal declaration. |
| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Incoming email to customer | Confirmation that the withdrawal request has been submitted. |
| Incoming email to admin | Internal notification about new withdrawal requests. |
| Decision email to customer | Notification about approval, partial approval or rejection. |
| Additional PDF attachments | For each email type, fixed PDF files from the WordPress media library can be enabled and sent along, e.g. checklists, notes or return information. |
| Test email | Can be sent with dummy data or existing withdrawal requests and takes the currently saved template attachments into account. |
Additional PDF attachments in the template module are static media library files. They differ from automatically generated withdrawal records. Large attachments should be used carefully, as they can affect deliverability, sending time and mail server limits.
