When diagnostics are useful

Use Diagnostics and System Status if a form does not load, an order cannot be found, emails are not being delivered or PRO features do not appear as expected.

Typical checks

• WordPress, WooCommerce, Lite and PRO versions.
• Active WooCommerce features and HPOS.
• Configured withdrawal page and detected integrations.
• Email configuration and admin recipient.
• PRO status, licence and active modules.
• For custom order numbers: mapping source, active meta keys and mapping test.
• For Germanized: withdrawal entry points that are active in parallel.

Use the required-settings check as well

The required-settings check is intended for the specific setup; Diagnostics/System Status is more useful for technical support cases. The two views complement each other.
