Withdrawal case

A withdrawal case contains the related order, customer details, status, withdrawal type, message, admin note, timestamps, privacy status, the affected line items and, if used, an alternative notification email address.

WooCommerce order

The order is the source for the order number, billing details, order status, date, products, quantities and customer details. The withdrawal data is linked to this order.

Line items

For each order line item, the product name, SKU, product/variation ID, order line-item ID, purchased quantity, requested quantity and subsequent decision can be stored. PRO can additionally store the reason group, withdrawal reason and reason note.

History events

The history provides internal traceability and can record events such as submission, decision, status changes, email delivery or privacy actions.
