The export function distinguishes between the standard CSV, detailed CSV and specialised statistics exports from the “Withdrawal Reasons” area. The standard CSV is case-based, while the detailed CSV is line-item-based. Depending on the selected export, statistics exports focus on reasons, products, reason groups, trends or raw data.

Standard CSV: typical fields

Withdrawal ID, date received, last updated, decision date, status, order number, order ID, customer, email, withdrawal type, privacy status, message, admin note, number of line items, product names, SKUs, total requested/approved/rejected quantities, optional withdrawal reasons, reason groups, reason notes, line-item decisions and line-item details.

Detailed CSV: typical fields

One row per line item with withdrawal ID, order, customer, product name, SKU, product ID, variation ID, order line-item ID, requested quantity, approved quantity, rejected quantity, optional reason group, optional withdrawal reason, optional reason note, line-item decision and line-item note.

Withdrawal-reason statistics: typical fields

Depending on the export type: period, status filter, withdrawal type, product/SKU filter, reason filter, KPI values, reason group, reason label, product name, SKU, product ID, withdrawal requests, line items, quantity, share, month and detailed line items.
