Shows the order, customer data, message, line items, quantities, history and decision options.

The admin can fully approve, reject or partially approve line items depending on which quantities are accepted.

Admin note

Internal or customer-facing decision text that can be used for records and email communication.

Finalisation

After the final decision, the withdrawal request is set to approved, partially approved or rejected.

History

Relevant actions are stored in a traceable way.

The submission and later decision can additionally be documented as order notes on the WooCommerce order.
