This module is the internal reporting and data-export hub. It helps you analyse withdrawals by period, status, data-protection status, order, customer, product, withdrawal type and optional withdrawal reason, or process the data further as CSV. In addition, the “Withdrawal reasons” section has its own Statistics tab for quick reason-based analyses and focused reason/product exports.
What can you do there?
- Filter withdrawals by period.
- Filter by status: open, confirmed, partially confirmed, rejected.
- Filter by data-protection status: personal data or anonymised.
- Search by order number or order ID.
- Search by customer name or customer email.
- Search by product name or SKU.
- View full and partial withdrawals separately.
- See a preview of the first matching records.
- Download a standard CSV or detailed CSV.
- Use reason-based special analyses in the “Withdrawal reasons → Statistics” tab.
What is it useful for?
- Internal quality control: which products and reasons frequently occur together?
- Support analysis: which open withdrawals exist within a given period?
- Process controlling: how many withdrawals were approved or rejected?
- Data-protection checks: which records still contain personal data?
- Handover to accounting, inventory management or analysis tools via CSV.
