Static attachments for each email type

In the PRO email template module, additional fixed PDF files can be selected from the WordPress media library. They are suitable, for example, for return instructions, checklists or general customer information.

Difference from PDF records

Static attachments are unchanged files from the media library. The PDF records from the separate PRO module, by contrast, are generated automatically from the specific withdrawal case and contain case, order and decision data.

Test email

A test email should include the currently saved template attachments. Use this to check before live sending whether the content and file size are appropriate.

Deliverability

Large or numerous attachments increase email size and sending time and can affect mail server limits. Additional PDFs should therefore be used selectively.
