Under WM Support Assistant → System, the Lite version combines the Support Report and Import / Export tabs. PRO also adds the Licence tab.
Support report
The report contains technical information such as the plugin version, number of published FAQs, status of the floating widget, configuration of the support recipient, WordPress/PHP version, memory limit, environment, locale, debug status, multisite and active theme.
Privacy of the report
The report is specifically designed not to contain names, email addresses, support messages or IP addresses. It can therefore be copied and provided directly in technical support cases.
Nevertheless, briefly review a support report before sharing it, especially if other plugins or future versions add further information.
