Under WM Support Assistant → Statistics, PRO displays compact metrics on how the knowledge base is used. The aim is not visitor analytics, but rather to answer: What content is being searched for, which answers are missing and which FAQs are actually being opened?

Lists

The statistics also show common search terms, search terms without results and the most frequently opened FAQs. The lists are intended as a compact working basis for maintaining the knowledge base.
