Breakpoints

The Support Assistant distinguishes between three ranges:

• Desktop: from 1025 px
• Tablet: 768 to 1024 px
• Mobile: up to 767 px

Visibility

You can specify separately for desktop, tablet and mobile whether the floating Support Assistant should be displayed.

Device-specific size

Tablet and mobile have their own launcher and icon sizes. For smartphones, the panel height can also be configured in vh.

Shortcode remains independent

These responsive switches control the floating widget. A standalone FAQ page via shortcode remains independent and is rendered as normal page content.
