PRO menus are missing

Check whether Lite is installed and active, at least version 1.0.0 is being used and a valid PRO entitlement is shown under System → Licence.

Page-specific FAQs do not appear

Enable Use page-specific FAQs in the editor. Then select at least one category, tag or individual FAQ below the editor and save the post. Also check that the floating button is not disabled for this page.

Statistics remain empty

The statistics require real frontend searches or FAQ views. Check that you are not testing only in the backend and that caching/JavaScript optimisation is not blocking the tracking AJAX requests.

Requests list remains empty

Enable local storage under Settings → Contact. Emails can still be sent correctly when storage is disabled.

Content monitor reports nothing

The first scan only creates the baseline. Then change a monitored content item and scan again. Also check the monitored content types, minimum section length and whether the content is recognised as readable text.

Use the support report

If the cause remains unclear, copy the support report from System and add it to a support request.
