Licence server

WM Support Assistant PRO connects to the official service at https://wm-plugins.de/en/home for licence activation, status checks, deactivation and update metadata.

Technical licence data transmitted

Depending on the process, the licence client transmits, among other things, the licence key, website URL, product slug, plugin version, selected environment type, WordPress environment type, an installation ID and a random request nonce. For update checks, the installed version, plugin file, WordPress version and PHP version are also transmitted. After activation, an activation token may also be used.

Purpose

This data is required to assign the licence to the specific installation, enforce activation limits, validate signed responses and provide licensed PRO updates.

No FAQ or support content for licence checks

In the described licence/update request, the licence client does not send FAQ texts, search queries or contact form messages to the licence server.
