Is the FAQ published?

First check whether the relevant FAQ is published. Drafts and other non-public statuses are not included in normal frontend searches.

Global widget search

Search in the floating Support Assistant requires at least two characters. For difficult terms, add synonyms in the FAQ’s Search terms field and check categories/tags.

FAQ page with shortcode restriction

If category or tag is set in the shortcode, the FAQ page contains only the content loaded by that restriction. If a category and tag are used at the same time, FAQs must meet both conditions.

PRO page context

Page-specific FAQs limit only the initial selection in the floating widget. Therefore, if an FAQ still cannot be found via the global search, the contextual selection is not the cause.
