Additional columns

In addition to the standard WordPress information, the FAQ overview displays additional details:

• Feedback: positive and negative ratings as well as the helpful rate.
• Views: how often an FAQ has been opened via the Support Assistant.
• Instant answer: whether the FAQ is marked as a global starting suggestion.
• Order: the stored menu_order value.

Duplicate FAQ

The Duplicate row action creates a new FAQ as a draft. Content, excerpt, knowledge base settings, categories and tags are copied.

Statistics are not copied

Feedback counters and view counts are deliberately not copied when duplicating. The new FAQ therefore starts without historical rating or view data.
