Requirement
WM Support Assistant PRO is an add-on for the free base version. The WM Support Assistant Lite version must be installed and remain active. PRO requires at least Lite 1.0.0.
Installation
- First install and activate the Lite version.
- Open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Select the ZIP file of WM Support Assistant PRO.
- Install and activate the add-on.
- Then open WM Support Assistant → System → Licence.
After activation
With a valid PRO licence, the advanced modules are loaded. These include statistics, the FAQ assistant/content monitor, request management and page-specific FAQ configuration in the editor.
PRO: If Lite is missing or too old, the add-on displays a dependency notice. In that case, update the Lite version first.
