Installation via WordPress

1. Open Plugins → Add New.
2. Search for WM Support Assistant.
3. Install and activate the plugin.

Installation via ZIP

Alternatively, you can upload the plugin ZIP via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. After installation, the Lite version must be activated.

After activation

The WM Support Assistant menu section appears in the WordPress backend. There you create FAQs, manage categories and tags, and open the settings for the widget, FAQ page, contact form and additional frontend texts.

First functional test

First create two or three test FAQs, publish them and mark at least one as a global instant answer. Then check the floating button in the frontend and, optionally, the shortcode [wm_support_assistant] on a test page.
