What are instant answers?
An FAQ marked as a global instant answer is used as an initial suggestion before the visitor performs a search. This is useful for particularly common or important questions.
Number of visible entries
Under Settings → General, you can specify how many instant answers are shown initially and how many additional entries are loaded each time Show more is clicked.
Order
The initial list follows the FAQ order. Therefore, give important instant answers an appropriate order if you want them to appear first.
PRO: If a page-specific FAQ set is active on a page, it is used as the initial selection. The global instant answers act as the fallback when no page context is active.
