FAQs initially displayed

The FAQs initially displayed setting determines how many instant answers are visible in the initial view. The Lite/PRO core allows 1 to 12 entries.

FAQs per “Show more”

With FAQs per “Show more” click, you define how many additional initial FAQs are displayed each time more items are loaded. Here, too, 1 to 12 entries are supported.

Related questions per article

The number of automatically suggested related questions can be set from 0 to 5. Setting it to 0 disables the automatic related-questions output.

No effect on search results

These values control the initial and article views, not the number of search results. The weighted search uses its own search workflow.
