Enable site-wide
Under WM Support Assistant → Settings → General, Enable floating FAQ button site-wide controls the entire floating workflow. If the master switch is disabled, the floating button is not displayed.
Panel structure
The panel consists of the start view with instant answers, search area, search results, FAQ article view, feedback, similar questions and contact view. Visitors move between these states within the same panel.
Lite and PRO
Lite generally displays the widget site-wide according to the responsive settings. PRO adds more granular control by content type, individual exclusions and an additional switch directly on individual pages, posts or other public content types.
The standalone shortcode can be used independently of the floating button. Disabling the floating widget therefore does not automatically remove an FAQ page that has already been embedded.
