Lite and PRO: basic checks

1. Under Settings → General, check whether the floating button is enabled site-wide.
2. Under Responsive, check whether the current device type is enabled.
3. Clear the page/plugin cache and browser cache.
4. Check whether the theme or optimisation plugin removes or delays the footer markup or plugin JavaScript.

Additional PRO checks

Check whether the current content type is globally enabled for the floating button, whether the specific page is included in the individual exclusions or whether Disable the floating FAQ button on this page has been enabled in the editor.

Licence status

If PRO-specific behaviour is missing, also check System → Licence. Without valid PRO entitlement, the basic feature set of the Lite version remains active.
