Search field

The FAQ page search considers the question, answer, additional search terms, and the names of assigned categories and tags. Because the relevant data is already present on the page, filtering takes place directly in the browser.

Category filter

If several categories are present in the loaded set of FAQs and filters are enabled, the page displays category buttons. Visitors can switch between “All” and individual categories.

FAQ counters

Optionally, the number of FAQs can be displayed next to “All” and the individual categories. The numbers refer to the set loaded by the current shortcode.

Texts

The heading, intro, search placeholder, “All” label, no-results text, “Show more” and contact label can be customised under Settings → FAQ Page.
