Accordion answers

FAQs are displayed as a list of questions. Clicking a question opens the corresponding answer directly underneath it. The WordPress content of the FAQ is rendered through the normal content filter.

Helpful / not helpful

Ratings can be enabled or disabled globally for the FAQ page. Submitted votes increase the same feedback counters that are also used in the Support Assistant and the FAQ overview.

Progressive loading

Under Settings → FAQ Page, you specify how many FAQs are initially visible and how many more are shown each time Show more is clicked. Values can range from 1 to 50.

Order

The shortcode loads FAQs according to their saved order and then alphabetically by title. A consistent FAQ order therefore also affects the standalone page.
