Insert the shortcode

Add the shortcode [wm_support_assistant] to a WordPress page or any area that supports shortcodes. The plugin renders it as a standalone FAQ/help centre view.

Shared data

The FAQ page uses the same published FAQs, categories, tags, search terms and feedback counters as the floating Support Assistant. There is no separate second knowledge base to maintain.

Structure

Depending on the settings, the page contains a heading and intro, search field, category filter, counter, accordion answers, rating, no-results state and “Show more”.

Legacy shortcode

For backwards compatibility, [support_knowledge_base] continues to be accepted. For new integrations, use [wm_support_assistant].
