Feedback in the frontend

Below an opened FAQ, visitors can indicate whether the answer was helpful. The visible question, both labels and the thank-you text can be edited.

Counters in the backend

Positive and negative votes are stored as counters for the respective FAQ. In the FAQ overview, the Feedback column shows both values as well as the percentage of helpful votes.

FAQ page

On the standalone FAQ page, ratings can be enabled or disabled separately. It uses the same counters as the floating Support Assistant.

PRO icons

PRO allows custom icons for positive and negative ratings. If no custom media are selected, the plugin core uses the built-in thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons.
