In the Support Assistant meta box, you can enable Disable floating FAQ button on this page. This only affects the floating button on this specific content item.

Shortcode remains available

The shortcode [wm_support_assistant] can still be used on the same page. This makes it possible, for example, to create a dedicated FAQ landing page without an additional floating button.

Interaction with global exclusions

With PRO, you can also disable entire public content types under Settings → General and exclude individual content items using the exclusion search. The page-specific toggle works independently as an additional local control.
