Panel colours and shape

In the Design tab, you can configure the accent colour, accent text/icon colour, header/footer background, content area, primary and secondary text, borders, FAQ cards and FAQ question colour. You can also define the panel width and corner radius.

Typography

Available font families include System/Inter style, Arial, Helvetica and Georgia. Separate sizes can be configured for body text, start heading, FAQ question, preview text, article heading, article text and links under “Related questions”.

Search field

The search field has its own settings for background, text/icon and border colours as well as font size. This allows it to be adapted to the design independently of the rest of the panel.

Practical tip

Check the result on desktop, tablet and smartphone. Particularly large font sizes or significant width changes can cause unwanted line breaks on smaller viewports.
