Create FAQ

For suitable new or changed content, Create FAQ can create a new FAQ draft. Removed sections or deleted pages do not offer this action as a normal creation workflow.

Update existing FAQ

If a potentially matching FAQ is detected, Update existing FAQ opens that FAQ in the editor. The change is not written blindly into the existing content; editorial review remains with the administrator.

Other actions

• Defer: review the change later.
• Mark as done: no further action required.
• Ignore: deliberately remove the change from the open workflow.
• Back to Open: revisit a change that has already been processed.
• Delete: permanently remove the change.

Bulk actions

Multiple changes can be selected together and, for example, deferred, marked as done or ignored.
