How the Content Monitor Detects Sections

Heading-based sections

For normal HTML, the monitor tries to split content into meaningful text sections based on headings from h1 to h6. The heading and its associated text form the comparison area.

Elementor support

The monitor can also extract readable text values from Elementor data. Typical fields such as heading, editor, description, text and content are taken into account, as are common accordion, tab and FAQ fields.

Filter builder noise

Technical builder data such as widget types, layout structures, background values, custom CSS or selectors should not be treated as normal editorial content. The monitor therefore includes filters and marks suspicious builder fragments accordingly.

Limitations

Depending on their data structure, custom page builders, complex shortcodes or content generated dynamically only in the frontend may not be fully recognised as semantic sections. Therefore, review the first scans for your website.
