Check the recipient
Under Settings → Contact, check that a valid recipient address has been entered.
Test WordPress email
The plugin uses wp_mail(). If other WordPress emails are also missing, the problem is probably with the general email configuration rather than Support Assistant.
Pay attention to spam and rate-limit messages
If the form is submitted too quickly, the honeypot is filled in or the same visitor submits again within two minutes, the plugin displays a corresponding status message and does not send the enquiry.
SMTP and DNS
If delivery is intermittent, a properly configured SMTP setup is recommended. Also check SPF, DKIM and, where applicable, DMARC for the sender domain being used.
PRO autoresponder
The autoresponder is only triggered after the primary support email has been sent successfully. Its absence therefore does not automatically mean that the actual enquiry was not delivered.
