After a message is sent successfully

After a message has been sent successfully, the plugin replaces the form with a confirmation view. The heading, description and return action can be configured.

Return action

The action can be displayed as a regular button or as a text link and returns to the Support Assistant start view.

Icon

Lite uses the built-in check mark and lets you customise the colour of the confirmation icon. PRO can also use a custom image or SVG from the WordPress Media Library as the confirmation icon.

Status messages

Text for spam rejection, rate limiting, missing required fields and email errors can also be adjusted in the Contact tab to match your preferred tone.
