Top search terms

PRO counts recurring search queries and shows the most common terms. This lets you see which topics visitors are particularly interested in.

Searches without results

The list of searches with zero matching FAQs is especially valuable. It highlights possible knowledge gaps or terms that should be linked to existing FAQs by adding synonyms.

Privacy-friendly collection

In the search log, the search term is processed together with a counter, the most recent number of results and a timestamp. No visitor identity or raw IP address is stored there. For temporary deduplication of identical visitor/search combinations, the plugin uses a derived hash in a transient.

Editorial workflow

Review the zero-results list regularly: either an FAQ is missing, the title is unclear or existing content needs better search terms/synonyms.
