Open the licence area

Open WM Support Assistant → System → Licence. Enter your licence key there and start the activation.

Production and development environment

During activation, the website is linked to its domain and environment type. For development or staging websites, the corresponding environment type can be used if your licence model supports this.

Regular checks

The add-on checks the licence status regularly via the official licensing service at wm-plugins.de. Update information for the private PRO version is also retrieved via this service.

If the licence is not active

PRO-protected features are loaded only with a valid entitlement. However, the active Lite version remains available as the base, so FAQ management, search and the standard Lite features can still be used.
