The health index summarizes a curated set of important signals into a value from 0 to 100. Not every row in the overview contributes to this number.
Heavily weighted risks
High-impact signals include possible malware hits, modified WordPress system files, executable files in the uploads directory, publicly displayed debug errors, an unsupported PHP version, and no detected backup solution.
Additional influences
Pending WordPress and plugin updates, operational problems, overdue cron events, and missing SPF/DMARC signals can reduce the score further when the corresponding checks are available.
Important: A single critical condition can force the status level to at least “check” even when the numeric score would otherwise be higher.
